Yes. We use your uploads and references to understand the pacing, humor, music, text, and level of motion you prefer. Share what you like, what you want to change, and anything we should avoid.
How do I send my footage?
Share a Google Drive folder with access enabled for pixelsnipstudio@gmail.com. Include your footage, any assets you want used, and your references. If you use another cloud platform, we can agree on that first.
How long does an edit take?
The typical delivery window is 24–72 hours, depending on footage length, complexity, and our confirmed schedule. We agree on your actual delivery date after reviewing the brief and receiving the required files.
Are revisions included?
There is a creator review before final delivery. We agree on the number of revision rounds and what they cover before starting. A new direction or extra footage may change the scope, so we confirm any additional work with you first.
What if my project doesn't fit a plan?
Choose “Custom project” in the brief and tell us about the footage, final length, and editing style. We'll confirm a quote based on the actual workload.
Can we work together on regular uploads?
Yes. Choose “Recurring editing” and share your intended upload schedule. We'll discuss capacity, turnaround, and a consistent workflow before making a commitment.
